Stagnant

The story centers on a day in the life of an ailing father in his late 60s, whose wheeled chair has become an extension of his identity, and his 30 years old son who lives with him under one roof. The father is unwell; he cannot move and is confined to a wheelchair. On the other side, the son works and looks after his old man since he is ill. The entire film will depict a day, or perhaps years, of how they both live together and how their daily routine appears when they are both present in the household. From how the son serves breakfast for his father to how they both retire to bed. Although we will be witnessing how he treats his father and provides him with all the care he requires, we will also be observing an inner battle inside the son that lacks the freshness of youth and moments of vanity. A significant question mark will remain: why does he believe he can't tolerate the loudness any longer?
