Oonagh and Davy are a young pair of small-town dreamers, who vaguely aspire to buy a chip van and travel the world. When the Morris Dancing Festival comes to town, their peaceful lives are thrown into the air as the dashing festival manager Anthony offers Oonagh an office job. She finds herself tempted and Davy must convince Oonagh that their dream is worth fighting for, before he loses her forever.

Hildegard Ryan was born and raised in Dublin. Her love of movies was born in 1999 when her grandmother secretly bought her a VCR player against the wishes of her parents, and she started making her own short films in 2011 after spending a year in Berlin.
Coming from an Irish seaside small town, I wanted to capture the lively hustle and bustle of a town like the fictional St Wallace-on-Sea. We shot the entire film on location in Whitstable with an amazing cast and crew in only four days on a small budget. I'm extremely happy with the result considering this was my first serious film project.
