Black Replica's Spiderweb Symmetry
Reconstructing consciousness through ritual and transcendence.
Black Replica’s Spiderweb Symmetry expresses the willfulness to transcend into the unconscious deeply nested in the web of the global consciousness and restore itself to a whole.
Filmed mainly in Super 8. Best to watch in complete darkness due to black on black images.
About Black Replica:
Black Replica first appeared online over a decade ago, and performed live during a short European tour. Despite the interest in their music, none of their tracks ever had a formal release. Metaphysik released this rare Black Replica album on physical format in October 2018. This highly experimental project was conceptualized by Black Replica in 2006 and produced by Heinrich Mueller (Dopplereffekt, Arpanet, Drexciya). This unique artistic collaboration is the result of an intuitive production process, recorded in one take. Ψ
