Special Сhildren. The Right to a Full-on Life

The film tells about the life of children with cerebral palsy in the city of Mykolaiv in the south of Ukraine.
We try to discover the problems that such children and their parents are facing on the example of four stories. Lack of accessible means of transportation, unpreparedness of the social infrastructure, limited possibilities for rehabilitation are just some of these problems. The film tells, what prevents these problems from being solved, how strong is the dependence of these children from their parents and how the parents help them fight for a full-on life in the society.
