Space between us

Roshaan (23) is a refugee from Afghanistan who has lived in Indonesia for nine years. Having lived as a migrant since childhood, Roshaan was keen to learn more about international relations at a college in his town. One of his professors saw Roshaan's efforts to pursue higher education and introduced him to one of his top students, Arina (20), who was always curious about life.

Meeting Roshaan impressed Arina. She was amazed by Roshaan's enthusiasm and perseverance. Day by day, Arina is becoming more and more involved in Roshaan's life. Their relationship became increasingly genuine, and it worried their professor a little.

Both of them realized it would be hard for them to continue their relationship. Perhaps the only thing they can do now is to learn to let go for the sake of their future.
