Director Biography - Anweshan Adhikari, Denis Shevyakov

Anweshan Adhikari: I am a journalist since 2006, covering politics, society, world affairs and film. I started out as a television journalist and am now a sub-editor at one of Nepal's most renowned daily newspapers, Naya Patrika. Even though this is my first finished production, I started my movie-making journey in 2015 with the intention of encouraging an Equitable society.

Shevyakov Denis: Screenwriter and Director from Russia Novosibirsk, currently based on Rishikesh, India. Managed a production studio for 9 years. Directed more than 50 promotional and educational films. In 2014 he received the first prize for directing in the nomination ''social cinema'' at the film festival ''Rec, Russia''.

The present moment is the only thing we have. But in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we do not always have time to notice it. The task of a documentary filmmaker is to focus on the present, to help people look at themselves from the outside. Knowing yourself is the first step on the path to great change.
