Something Lost

Rie, a university student in Tokyo, loves taking photos. One day, she finds a film roll in a park. When developed, the pictures show a young couple on a beach. On the following day, Rie happens to come across with a couple who look suspiciously like those in the photos. Friendship grows with the girl, who calls herself Yu. Rie feels attracted to Yu’s openness. She gradually begins to detect in her friend, however, an occasional aloofness and a hint of possessiveness when an incident reveals who Yu actually is.
