Experiencing Interruptions?

Solstice

A sun standing still.
Whilst a momentary pause
as orbits briefly align
two celestial bodies,
flung into contact.
Out of space.

What remains,
before their momentum carries forth.
into a fading light.

Solstice represents the randomness of our human connections and the traces we leave upon each other. No matter how briefly they occur, or how brightly they may burn, Solstice hopes to capture this otherworldly feeling of time slowing, while grasping at the unattainable, as someone slips past your orbit.
