Telling stories that matter
Sofia Luz is a Brazilian queer photographer and filmmaker, who's currently based in Spain, and is passionate about telling stories that inspire.
Using her passion for storytelling to address social issues and themes such as queerness, immigration and the empowerment of people, she aims to use documentary filmmaking as a tool of resistance.
“To have the opportunity to learn from people is the most beautiful thing about documentary filmmaking.”
