Social Score
The concept of social scores, which by its structure is more reminiscent of gaming adventures, can be found in almost every society. There are rules that you have to adhere to in order to maintain your social status, while you have to reckon with consequences in the event of deviations. In some countries, such a system of rules is politically anchored. Hence, whether we continue to develop into a society with social credit too?
The following work addresses these questions and negotiates them in a strongly abstract aesthetic way. All three levels, i.e. the performative, cinematic and acoustic level, were created independently of each other. Our role in society as a queer female person is assumed and asked for the unwritten rules that underlie our everyday lives. In the implementation, the findings were transferred to work with chance or more arbitrariness.
