Director Biography - Tristan Winchester, Gavin Winchester

Tristan Winchester was born on January 8th, 2002, in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Tristan began filmmaking at the age of ten and has since contributed to an array of different projects. He began navigating his life as the oldest child in a family of three children, one of which is Gavin Winchester, his brother and co-owner of their film production company, 2100films.

Tristan began using a webcam on his parent's desktop computer back in 2011. Winchester brings over a decade of experience to creativity and filmmaking. Working from behind the camera as a director, working in front of the camera as an actor, and editing the final project in post-production are all things that Tristan has gotten to play around with as an independent filmmaker.

Winchester is known not only for his engaging storytelling skills, but for his role as a director in his first feature film, Apocalypse Unknown. In 2020, Winchester began development of his first array of personal portfolio films at the Savannah College of Art and Design, in Atlanta, Georgia. Restless in his profession, Tristan is accountable for his first award for "Unhinged" a short psychological horror film, from the Hollywood Blood Horror Festival in Los Angeles, California.

Son of his very creative and like-minded parents, Winchester makes it very clear to his audience that he is proud of the creativity from which he stems from, and for having the opportunity to share those values with the world.

Working with his own production company, (2100films) in the film industry alongside his brother, the Winchester's are on their way to a high status in their profession and will gild their family name for generations to come. "Winchester" is the name of an already-haunted mansion, so the interest for horror seems to fit the two.
