Smell

One day after finishing his office duty Pranjal took the last bus to his hometown Mangaldai from Tezpur where he works. During bus journey he falls asleep and got a known smell which is related to his past. It was shabnam his girlfriend during his college time used to smell like this. They were very happy couple and one day Shabnam came to his hostel without informing him. They had great time together and had intimate relationship. At evening shabnam asked pranjal to left her in the bus stop and he quickly gets ready without tieing his shoelaces. Shabnam revealed about her father's consent for her marriage and it would never be possible for her father to allow her to marry someone out of their religion. Suddenly Pranjal wakes up and finds himself in the bus and he thinks it was a dream. He tries to get his water bottle and a lady in burkha gives him his bottle. He is about to sip and the lady tells him that " still you haven't learn to tie your shoelaces? She gets down from the bus and sits behind a scooty of a man and leaves. Pranjal keeps looking at her and the bus moves on.
