Stephanie is a multifaceted pioneer known for her roles as a director, producer, editor, and writer. Her journey began as an actress and evolved into a passion for directing. While living in Los Angeles for three years, she expanded her creative portfolio working with many production companies. She directed & produced a diverse range of notable content, including short films, music videos, TV pilots, and promotional videos. Her global adventures paved the way for a transformative year in Ghana, serving as the catalyst for her commitment to crafting compelling content that explores worldwide themes centered around Africa and the African Diaspora. Her focus lies in bringing to the forefront untold stories and historical narratives, weaving a tapestry that showcases the richness of these cultures. Additionally, she collaborated with leading African artists, lending her expertise to direct and produce music videos infused with a cinematic allure.
Stephanie's acclaimed works include "MISCONCEPTION", an award-winning film recognised as the ‘Best US Film’ with an official screening at Warner Bros in LA. Additionally, "LOCKED-IN", shot in Ghana, has gained recognition in prestigious BAFTA, OSCAR and Canadian-eligible film festivals. Stephanie is currently developing a feature film in Ghana and a captivating TV series titled "ILLEGAL ALIENS", drawing from her experiences as a Ghanaian-British immigrant in LA. As an active member of BAFTA Connect, Stephanie passionately contributes to the film industry, advocating for diversity, equality and inclusivity through creative storytelling, which shines through her work.
