SKY COⒶST QUEER Film Festival unleashes the voices of subversive queer and trans filmmakers through creating deliberate spaces that center their stories. As a horizontally organized collective of radically oriented queer and trans folk we amplify narratives, celebrate community and honor new relationships.
We will feature current queer and trans experiences in the form of film and video art. We aim to highlight and uplift the realities of queer Indigenous people, people w/ disabilities, people of color, people radicalized as black, gender non-conforming people, people living sober realities, sex workers, porn creators, & other communities historically marginalized by homo-normative assimilationist culture & spaces.
