Shaikh Azmir Ahmed Sizan (Sizan Azmir) an indie filmmaker & visual artist

i have worked in Bangladesh film industry since from 2011-2014 as an assistant film director. As an assistant film director has worked with a film project and with multiple tv serials, single drama, telefilms and advertisements.

Else have working experience as a Video Editor and colourist, Post Supervisor and Cinematographer and Chief Assistant Film Director

my first self project was done in 2016, a telefilm, after then i started working as a visual artist from 2018.

Since from 2018 i started working on the still image photography, visual effects, image masking & manipulation manipulation started a page named Kalponik Original.

Kalponik have won many festivals and exhibited in many exhibitions across the world, one of them is Experimental Bio Festival of Spain in 2021. In this festival Kalponik achieved the winner position. Meanwhile his telefilm (sweet like venom) was telecast on the Bangladesh tv channel “Ntv”.

i have made some short films independently, named Phoenix, Dhaka 2020, Unconditional and Urban Soullessness, all of these short films were screened in various international film festivals and achieved the official selections.

Nowadays i working as Film editor and colourist (Visual Artist)
