A young boy who loses his father at age six is escorted into the world of boxing by his grandfather who tell him he could never be a fighter and the boys long journey to prove to his grandfather wrong. The loss of his father has him succeeding in boxing and in the end finding out he was fighting for everyone else first and never really knowing if any of it was for him.
