Silent Temptation

"Silent Temptation" is a looped experimental film installation that explores instances of stalking and ill anticipation pertaining to women. I use this film as an example my creative expression as its moving pictures aid in the viewers' understanding as they experience the motions of a stalking situation. With the women in the film walking without having provoked the situation, there is a confrontation with the morality of my film; whether it is ethical to watch the film while anticipating the capture. Through a single-channel soundtrack, I strive to explore the question. “What do you hear when you are not thinking?” Immersing the viewer into the fictional environment with non-diegetic sounds while reminding them of the reality of the film with diegetic sounds.
