In the dystopian Shrapnel world, an asteroid collision with earth has left the so-called 'Sacrifice Zone' uninhabitable. Nations begin assembling extraction forces and war rages to control the Sacrifice Zone and its secrets. One of the key aspects of Shrapnel is that it combines thrilling gameplay with a rich set of community creator tools. Creators will be able to extensively mod maps, skins, weapons, and gameplay factors made on Unreal Engine. They are using blockchain to promote creative exchange and ownership within the game. From an Esports perspective, Shrapnel creator's maps will feature competitions across podiums and arenas.
