Director Statement

I've always thought of myself as a pessimist and haven't really been drawn to the concept of happiness. I think life is filled with suffering and it feels like there's not much we can do to change that. I believe we just have to get used to it and wait for it to end. My perspective may be shaped by my own challenging experiences. I've had a tough time with my mental health and the one thing that has brought me comfort is watching movies.
I believe that art allows us to express ourselves. So I made this short film to share my feelings about life, whether it's my own experiences or life in general. I was also inspired by a book called 'A Happy Death' by Albert Camus when I came up with the idea for this short film.
