Born in The Bronx, a daydreamer from the very beginning, Eddie was always fascinated by stories and characters, whether in the form of movies, video games, or books. Soon enough he found himself putting those daydreams on paper to create his own stories.
A recent graduate of Brooklyn College Film School, he now turns those stories into films as a writer and director. Always a writer at heart, the focus is always on story and characters.
A first generation Dominican American, the goal in his film career is to promote and elevate Hispanics in film, pushing past old stereotypes and tropes, and instead showcasing positive portrayals of the people and the culture. Respecting the past and moving towards the future is a fine balance Eddie hopes to maintain going forward in his writing and filmmaking.
