A cutting edge Virtual film festival/ screenplay competition, with an emphasis on bringing emerging talent to the forefront. The film festival will be Virtual and will take place on December 4th, screening from 1PM Noon to 8 PM (EST). Screening slots will be available for three finalists in the short film category, highlighted by the award-winning short film winner. The event will proceed with the screening of the Finalist in the Feature film category, and conclude with the screening of the Top Prize award-winning Feature-length film. * All award winning films ( three finalists in the short film category) & and the runner up in the feature-film category, as well as the Award Feature Film will be screened.
Tickets will be made available to the public to view the films online.

Awards & Prizes

Cash prizes will be awarded for the winner of the overall Best Feature-length film
and for the overall Best Short film.

$500 Cash prize awarded to the Best Feature-length Film
$250 Cash prize awarded to the Best Short Film.

$300 Cash Prize awarded to the Best feature Screenplay
$150 Cash Prize awarded to the Best short screenplay

All chosen entries (films and screenplays) will be awarded laurels.
The top short films and feature-length films in their respective categories will be awarded laurels, and screened on our online platform.
There will be four finalists in the short film category, one finalist in the feature- length film category, and the Top Award winning Feature Film.
All films will be screened VIRTUALLY on Dec. 4th, 2022

You may submit multiple entries; each screenplay must have a separate entry form, and submitted via .pdf file. Feature scripts must be between 80- 120 pages. Short scripts between 10-40 pages in length.
Films must be original, and unproduced. It is the responsibility of the writer/ filmmaker to make sure all work has a proper copyright. Payment submitted online along with submission. Online submissions only. Movies can be sent separately via Vimeo with a private password.
Film categories/ length guidelines:
Feature-Narrative: No less than 40 minutes
Feature Documentary: No less than 40 minutes
Short Narrative: No less than 40 minutes
Experimental and Animation no limitations.
Entries cannot have a theatrical run or be broadcast (TV) anywhere in the US before June of 2016. Previous screenings at other festivals, or private screenings are OK.
