Director Statement

"Shattered" may be a story but for some it's reality. I always write with a purpose. The purpose of "Shattered" is to shed light onto a prevalent issue today. Negative Body Image.

What factors affect one's own body image? What prevents us from understanding a perspective other than our own? How can we work to understand other people's narratives? and at what point do you stop trying to help?

These are the questions I often ask myself and I still have no answer.
