A corporate lawyer, angel investor, and entrepreneur, Shanika began her career by practicing commercial law in Sri Lanka. Having grown up with a strong connection to Sri Lanka’s people and its culture, Shanika set out to create a new sense of community in where she resides now, Seattle, Washington and her native country, Sri Lanka. Her involvement and financial support has helped produce Malwatu Oya Soya and other visual arts. Shanika is committed to bringing visual art to life anywhere in the world and supporting the artists through resources need to bring art to life!
