Director Statement

Growing up watching and loving movies, I have always wanted to show my passion for movies by making experimental short-films in different genres using limited resources. I strongly believe that anyone can make a short film within the means they have.

My first short Aa Roju Asalu Em Jarigindhante (AAJ) was filmed entirely using an iPhone and the second short Vaccine was filmed with limited resources (without any studio work or professionals) during the pandemic. Each film gives me a great opportunity to deal with a new subject that excites me and also helps me to explore different story telling techniques.
