Director Biography - Francina Morel

Francina is a first-time filmmaker based in San Francisco. She works full-time as social media marketing professional. Francina got the idea for Shaky Ground while on a scenic hike. She was recording every moment and simultaneously sharing it on Instagram. It made her wonder whether people are unable to enjoy moments without having the opportunity to share it. She is working on upcoming projects that tackle loss, mental health and the effects of social media on identity.
