Director Statement

Shadow Work is my first avant-garde approach in film. Inspired by the introspective psychological practice of its namesake. I used mix mediums and techniques such as digital compositions, accidental painting, abstract painting, stop motion animation and slow-motion, all filmed with a mobile device to produce a final video art piece which its conception process gets embodied in itself.
