S for Shero
As young parents, stuck at home during the pandemic, we decided to introduce our daughter to the English alphabets along with some human values that we thought, would stay with her for life. So what started as a child playing with her toys, turned into a short film.
This film translates the English alphabets to human values that a child can easily relate to and grow up with. These values come across through a story where a group of friends are out for an adventure, to save their little town from being turned into a concrete jungle. This film aims to translate a parallel narrative to a child about English alphabets and what they could really stand for, while at the same time, have food for thought for the parents/teachers.
