Elisha Hanes is a film student at Baylor University, and has grown in her passion of film significantly through her time there. She is currently based in Waco during the school year and Oklahoma City during summers. She has loved all of her experiences on set from directing to doing sound to organizing shooting schedules, and has plans to help on a movie set being shot in her hometown this upcoming summer.
My grandparents' love story inspired me to make this film. They got married at a time when their relationship was considered very controversial because of their young age. They had their share of trials in their marriage, but they always were reminded of the strength of their love when they were brought back together. I aspired to summarize their experience and honor them through this film.
