What happens when you step out of your bubble and meet people you had forgotten existed?

Kara is at a house party. She gets caught up in a conversation between three people, who are getting worked up about how being queer is nothing more than a trend and that enough is enough. Kara, as a queer woman, doesn't know how to deal with this at that moment because she occasionally forgets that there are still people with these views and she very rarely encounters them because she mostly stays within her "bubble." Due to this kind of "not being seen" Kara becomes more and more insecure and speechless and very quickly realizes again that enlightenment and the ability to reflect are far from having arrived in every "bubble". The next day, she calls her best friend and tells her about the evening.
