Experiencing Interruptions?

Serial

One fine night,
All alone and the house a-light,
the most likely victim there's ever been,
Casts a wide net,
bringeth the killers in.
Night falls upon the knife,
A brutish stalker takes a life,
Hide and seek comes to a close,
Cat meets cat over the mouse,
pointless banter turns to deadly prose,
the tensions build inside the house,
Atypical meets crazy, meets insane.

Director Biography - Jordan Spalding

Jordan has been doing film for 7 years. Freelance work, creative projects and the rare mix of the two partially sustain him. Jordan loves sci fi and experimental work, and believes there's nothing better than a clean static frame with strong hair light and a subtle bounce.

Director Statement

Jordan is primarily a director of photography, managing lighting, grips and set design during production and building shotlists, storyboards and script revisions in preproduction. For this project (cowritten with Adrian De La Torre) Jordan opted to be the director of the project and left DP work in the capable hands of Eric Fulcher from Denver. The trio working in concert managed to get this short film produced in just under 19 hours of shooting followed by 2 months of editing.
