Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City, now residing in Hollywood, Florida. Director Jorge R Olivo started his film career later in life. After a successful career in the airline industry, his passion for film led him to start creating independent shorts in 2015. Serendipitous, his latest short, is a celebration of the diversity of his hometown, New York City.
