Sequoia Holton is from Norfolk, Virginia, and moved to Georgia in 2015, where she started working in education. She is an elementary teacher with a background in Psychology. Sequoia has always had a love for the arts, a passion for both music and film.
Sequoia recently graduated from Clayton State’s Film and Digital Media Program, where she completed her capstone project, "Inshallah," as a first-time director, having previously worked as first assistant director. In addition to writing screenplays, Sequoia is also a lyricist and enjoys singing.
