Experiencing Interruptions?

Sepulchres

In a village scattered among the mountains of the Lower Ossola Valley, lives and preaches Don Paolo, a lonely and shy priest. Davide, former student of the catechism, riunites with Don Paolo after years. He has found a letter addressed to the future himself and written many years ago with Don Paolo. With that "contract" begins a spiritual journey that leads a man of faith and a non-believer to a long dialogue about the presence of death in the lives of both.

Director Biography - Davide Casarotti

Born on October 27, 1995. I live in a small village nestled in the mountains of northern Italy, Vogogna. That's the place where I grew up and returned after a few parentheses in Rome and Milan. I have experiences as a journalist for the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola's newspapers. Now I have found in the audiovisual the perfect way to express myself, renewing myself and putting myself to the test. In the past years I can count several collaborations with the production company IULMovie Lab (ADV and Corporate Documentaries) both in terms of the shooting phase and post-production; I'm now working as an independent filmmaker for advertising material, social videos and events. A new documentary is currently in production.
