Seeking's first season garnered festival buzz, including wins for Outstanding Lead Actress Ronit Aranoff (LA WebSeries Festival) & Best Web Series (Long Beach Indie International Film Festival). Back with season two, Ella, Isaac & Nate attempt to navigate relationships each in their own unique way and Ella & Nate must come to terms with their feelings for each other. Ruth Du is a writer, director and producer, originally from Portland, Oregon. Ruth attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a Film/TV Production major and a Metropolitan Studies minor. In 2008, Ruth directed a music video for popular Irish band, The Coronas which was on daily television rotation on music channels in Ireland. She continued to direct music videos for indie music labels and has worked with artists from Universal Music Group and Island Def Jam. Ruth’s short narrative films “Six ‘55” and “Floria’s Sunday” debuted in film festivals in Los Angeles and New York City. Ruth is the director of "Seeking" the webseries and won Best Web Series in the 2014 Long Beach Int'l Film Festival. She is currently residing in Los Angeles and is the Creative Producer at Windowseat Pictures.
