Director Statement

"See Me" started as one of my weird little "what if" discussions about how crazy it'd be if we were all just the cast in some anticlimactic movie. From there, it hit me that this little concept would make for one heck of a movie about life being a movie. Very meta, I know. Though I wanted it to be more than just a showing of concept. I broke down what the actuality of that situation would do to an individual mentally and socially. I wanted to take someone who seemed to be relatively normal at a certain point, but has since become psychologically-destroyed by this strange little situation that's in the midst of ruining her life.
