I decided to make this film to satisfy my curiosity about a place I had passed by dozens of times, but never knew - what is behind all these churches in a courtyard in Vecumnieki? Who is this person and what is the source of his energy? As it turns out, the story is not just about a garden and churches, but something more human and simpler - about family and inner loneliness.
