Originally from Paris, Laurence has traveled extensively before settling in Auckland 20 years ago.
She began her career as a French teacher in Northern Ireland, later thriving in various administrative roles for major French Productions and Distribution companies, MK2, and UGC in Paris.
Her journey then took her to Tahiti, where she met her husband, and together built a successful jewelry business.
They both fell in love with New Zealand, so they relocated to educate their twins and opened a jewelry boutique in central Auckland. They worked together for 25 years and after his passing, she started writing screenplays.
Laurence is known for her people-oriented approach, boundless curiosity, and engaging sense of humor. She can speak four languages and has a deep understanding of diverse cultures; she is adept at connecting with people from all walks of life.
Laurence enjoys watching movies, writing, swimming, and exploring the outdoors. She is also embracing new challenges now with flying lessons.
