I loved History in high school for a reason—it’s the best way to learn as a species, far more than from anything else, by diving into our past. Growing up on a continent brimming with rich history gave me endless inspiration, sparking this story. African history feels barely explored by historians, leaving me wondering about all the lost art, texts, languages, and cultures. It’s the kind of mystery that haunts you at night.
Writing this tale was a thrill, blending history with science fiction into something gripping. I’m eager to share it with writers and filmmakers and would welcome any feedback.
