Sayera

The movie titled "Sayera" tells the story hero women living in rural parts of Afghanistan.
Sayera (Shabnam Sharifi) is a pregnant woman with two daughters and she expects her third child to be a baby boy.
Yasin (Maroof Sultani), the husband of Sayera, is grieved for having no son, also expects her wife to deliver a boy this time. The third child, however, turns to be a girl and this makes Yasin angrier and he even chooses to stay in a separate bed and room and starts looking for a new wife. Sayera's mother (Seddiqa Tamkeen) and Yasin's mother (Zubaida Sahar) start looking for a solution for this issue and seek to explore and apply traditional ways in Afghanistan used for having Sayera deliver a baby boy. Finally, Zubaida convinces Yasin with a lot of pressure to give one more chance to Sayera which results in Sayera becoming pregnant for the fourth time and every one expects a baby boy this time. She delivers a baby boy this time and Yasin welcomes the arrival of his baby boy by holding the ceremonies common in Afghanistan.
The fact that what causes Yasin to regret despite having a son and suffers for a long period of time which turns his beard and hair grow grey, is the story of the film Sayera that you will watch.
