Say His Name” explores the atrocities of addiction, primarily focusing on how it can disrupt a family for generations. There’s a lot said here in a little amount of time. Being brought on to this project, I was able to connect with a bit of my past, where I experienced a similar upbringing in a broken home ravaged by alcohol abuse. I believe my own trauma, and my familiarity with the total despair that addiction inflicts, allowed me to channel a real perspective into the disruption that is brought on by this disease.
