Savta
‘Savta’ (grandmother in Hebrew) is an independent creation that embodies the modern world's paradox - it connects us globally, yet leaves us feeling alone and disconnected. Our main character is Grandma who struggles with this physical communication gap, and we witness her inner world merging with reality in her silent space. The internet has revolutionized our communication levels but has also created a more isolated existence, widening the gap between generations. We aspire to be a voice for those experiencing loneliness and bridge the gap by extending an embrace to all who feel lost in today's world.

Lila was born in France to immigrant parents from Israel. She grew up in the heart of Israel and developed her passion for art at a young age. In 2019 she pursued theater directing and acting for her B.Ed degree and nowadays studies her MBA degree program in cinema at Tel Aviv University. Her extensive experience in both stage and cinema, combined with her love for music and dance, have given her the ability to express herself creatively through music video clips. Some of her work got into the MTV channel. Lila's work often touches on those who are marginalized by society, while also exploring themes that blend reality and imagination to create a unique and feminine perspective.
In today's world, loneliness can be one of the most difficult emotions to contend with. For my video clip, I aimed to blend our internal landscapes with the experience of overcoming isolation by connecting with others. In this dark times when the elderly people feel neglected more than ever, I wanted to give hope.
