Filming scene 1 on hour 15 of a 48 is pretty standard. But filming scene 1 on hour 15 of a 48 while the writer is still finding an ending to the script!!! That’s how you know the 48 is 48ing.

We shot a 48 entirely in one small room. In an office without air conditioning. No windows to open. Flipping the set after every shot. And rewrote the ending twelve thousand times. What do you want me to say, it was fun? Because it was.

Told my entire go-to crew that I wouldn’t be participating in the 48 this year. I’ve been too broke, stressed, and busy. Then a fella I met 2 years ago at a vegan street fair asked me to direct his 48. Like a moth to a flame, I indulged.

That was the most 48’y 48 I’ve ever 48’ed. Like our super hero and villain… I think I may need some therapy after that.

A hero and a villain are forced to undergo a therapy session to overcome their differences.
