Saving India's Dinosaurs: Stories of Rescuing Fossils
India is famous for its rich cultural history and heritage. But what is little known is that the country also used to be one of the biggest homes to dinosaurs. A vast variety of fossils have been found in central India in particular, showing India's beautiful bio-diverse past.
However, this history is under threat. Remains of dinosaurs and other ancient lifeforms are being destroyed due to neglect and oversight. While state institutions are ignoring these conditions, local heroes have stepped in to save India’s dinosaurs from being lost.
