Director Statement

When Partyallwknd (writer) hit me about Savage, at first I was very skeptical. He told me about a project all the way in Atlanta, GA and it almost sounded to good to be true. What brought him to me was my web series, Almost 30. He said he had to seek me out after watching it and a year and a half later I’m glad he did. Savage is an amazing project with a message that resonates with me as a woman, especially a black woman. After I read the script and gave my insight, I knew I had to jump on the project and give it a woman’s touch. I met some amazing people from the actors to the crew and created a bond with some really amazing creatives. I hope this film make everyone feel like a savage!
