Ndacyayisaba Jean Pierre is a Rwandan filmmaker who graduated with a degree in multimedia and film-making from the Integrated Polytechnic Regional College (IPRC Kigali) in 2018. He is a passionate storyteller who is focusing on creating cutting edge sci-fi and action films for the Rwandan cinema market. He is the founder of Thousand Hills Empire which is a production company specializing in narrative films with visual effects. He is currently based in Kigali and working on another feature film called Plan Arena set to go into production next year. In 2017 he Directed a short film called The Flame – Nominated in focus on ability film festival - Australia, In 2018 He directed a short film called Era – premiered in theater - In 2020 his feature film The Drop premiered in century cinema and now is streaming on canal+ Zacu Tv.

First all I would like to let you know that I am fun of Action movie like “Sarah” because in my own small way I want to entertain and engage an audience and try to make a difference. I like to tell stories about ideas that I face in my everyday life and go beyond and explore some more true stories around the world which I believe can inspire others. I need to feel a personal resonance with the stories I try to tell
I am thrilled to embark on this incredible journey of bringing "Sarah" to life. This film holds a special place in my heart and to most fellows Rwandan, and I am honored to have such a talented team joining me on this artistic endeavor. Together, we will create a cinematic experience that engages, captivates, and inspires audiences around the world.
At its core, "Sarah" is a story about the Thriller, action of life and the pursuit of family. It delves into the depths of our characters' emotions, exploring the universal themes of honor, sacrifice, and the choices we make when faced with extraordinary circumstances.
Through this film, I aim to create a visually stunning and emotionally resonant narrative that transcends the boundaries of time and culture. I want the audience to feel immersed in the world we are creating, to be transported to a realm where experience come alive, and where the echoes of culture traditional dance will be revealed.
