Sanctum is a mystery/drama that invites the audience into an unfamiliar psychic’s dilemma and asks you to trust him as he unravels a fortune. In this story, Sully, the fortune teller, must win over the trust of a skeptical journalist in order to help change her fate. With this film, we want to show that there’s multiple angles to people. Yes, we all have strengths, but sometimes our flaws control us. We want to explore a flaw that’s been with us for centuries and tends to undermine reality. People always want to believe in something, but what that something is, is extremely important. We want to have people consider their options and their choices without blind acceptance. The main question is: What do we believe in and why? Who is Sully and why should you put your trust in his psychic ability?
