Salt Line

Set in a fictional seaside English town during the 60s, Salt Line, explores themes of morality, sexuality, and faith.

Tim, having moved to the big city in pursuit of liberation and counterculture, pays a visit to his father, Reverend Timothy Abbott. The fading faith in Christianity is palpable, and Tim, fearless ensures his father is aware of it.

Tim reunites with Connolly, their once-romantic relationship now strained. As Connolly and Tim navigate their wavering connection, Connolly’s suspicion that Tim is guilty of killing his own father pushes their relationship to extremes. Through Connolly's journey, we explore the heart-wrenching struggle of a man who navigates the delicate balance between his head and heart.
