I am a Brighton based freelance filmmaker who enjoys writing light-hearted, comedy driven shorts created to make audiences laugh. My style of writing embeds unspoken, challenging subjects among humour. My storylines follow feminist themes which both empowers women and raises awareness to the ongoing issues we face every-day.
A supposedly "safe space" the girls nightclub bathroom is where the real life dramas of young women are acted out across the country, every night. Whether you’re reckless or precautious on a night out - you’re always a possible target of assault. This storyline seats the audience right at the forefront of a girl’s nightclub toilet. Whilst looking through the looking glass, the audience will be exposed to quick cuts between drunk and chaotic moments, with subtle underlying themes relating to spiking.
