Director Biography - Dean Paarman

Dean Paarman was born in Cape Town, South Africa, into an entrepreneurial, artistic, surfing family. After studying acting he occupied himself predominately in film, tourism videography and online marketing.

He met with Klaus Tiedge (Fine Art Photographer) in 2017 to create Social Media video content. Tragically Klaus was diagnosed with cancer that same year. The prospect arose to create a documentary film about the work and travel of Klaus as a Wildlife photographer. Making a film is something they both always wanted to do. "Safari of my Life" was born and is their combined debut film.
