These inevitably follow geometric archetypes, which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonance. They also symbolize the metaphysical principle underlying the inseparable relationship of the part to the whole. This principle of unity is the basis of all geometry, which is permeated by countless forms in the carpet as a cultural medium. This principle of continuity, inseparability, and unity gives us a constant reminder of our relationship to the whole, a blueprint for the mind to the sacred foundation of all created things.
